I remember the day when I first watched “Through the Wire” on Mtv back in 2003, I fell in love with a dark skin guy with the cutest cheeks. He took my heart with his lyrics of survive and his enormous polo collection.

At 13 years old I didn’t know how much of an influence this man would have on my life…I’ve enjoyed watching his career evolve each day through the years.

BUT TONITE…it confirms it ALLLLL he is more than my favorite rapper, he is more then an icon, he is the epitome of my inspiration and a the Einstein of my generation.

God, I just want to meet this man one day…have coffee…and pick his brain about life and about business. I give myself the same 10 years it took him, to be where he is today!
